  • Vary the height, depth, speed & spin of the forehand & backhand shots

VOLLEY

LEVEL 1

  • Apply the forehand & backhand volley technique & footwork to various locations on the court
  • Volley to different areas of the court after a dynamic movement (moving forwards to the net)

LEVEL 2

  • Recognise opportunities to move forwards to the net (i.e. off a short ball)
  • Volley the ball away from the opponent after a dynamic movement
  • Begin to develop the overhead & drive volley

RALLY

LEVEL 1
